Terms of Use

Last updated: 02/08/2026

Welcome to TunePage.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the TunePage website at https://tunepage.net/, including its pages, databases, release listings, artist and label profiles, news articles, promotional services, submission forms, comments, reactions, reporting tools, and other present or future features.

In these Terms, “TunePage,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to [legal owner or business name]. “You” and “user” refer to any visitor, reader, artist, label, manager, representative, submitter, customer, advertiser, partner, or other person using TunePage.

By accessing or using TunePage, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or its services.

1. About TunePage

TunePage is an independent music discovery, music database, promotion, and music-industry news platform.

TunePage may provide:

  • Music-release information
  • Artist and record-label profiles
  • Official streaming-platform links
  • Official video and social-music links
  • Music-industry and artist news
  • Editorial and promotional features
  • Free and paid release-listing services
  • Artist and label profile-listing services
  • Trending and discovery features
  • Comments, reactions, reports, and corrections
  • Future music-related shopping and partnership services

TunePage is not a music-streaming service.

We do not host, play, transmit, or stream complete songs directly through an independent TunePage music player. Release pages may provide links that direct users to official or authorized third-party platforms where music is available.

Unless expressly stated, TunePage is not:

  • A record label
  • A music distributor
  • A music publisher
  • A performing-rights organization
  • A copyright-collection society
  • An artist-management company
  • A booking or talent agency
  • A legal representative of any listed artist or label
  • An official partner of every platform, artist, label, or distributor mentioned on the website

2. Eligibility

You may browse public areas of TunePage without creating an account.

To submit music, purchase a service, claim a profile, post content, or enter into a commercial arrangement with TunePage, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you are under 18 years old, you may use submission or paid services only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

A person submitting content on behalf of an artist, label, company, or other organization confirms that they have authority to act for that party.

3. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when:

  • TunePage introduces or removes services
  • Our operational processes change
  • Legal or regulatory requirements change
  • We need to clarify existing rules
  • We introduce accounts, shopping, partnerships, or other features

The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Material changes may also be communicated through the website or by email where appropriate.

Your continued use of TunePage after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.

4. Music Discovery and Official Links

TunePage may provide links to music or music-related content available on third-party platforms, including:

  • Spotify
  • Apple Music
  • YouTube Music
  • YouTube
  • Amazon Music
  • Deezer
  • Tidal
  • SoundCloud
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • TikTok
  • Artist or label websites
  • Other official or authorized platforms

These links are provided for information and discovery.

TunePage does not control:

  • Whether a release remains available
  • Regional restrictions
  • Subscription requirements
  • Advertisements
  • Audio or video playback
  • External-platform accounts
  • Content removals
  • Platform outages
  • Pricing
  • Privacy practices
  • External terms and policies

Accessing an external link means that you are leaving TunePage and using a third-party service under that service’s own terms and policies.

TunePage does not guarantee that every link will remain active, official, complete, safe, or available in every location.

Users may report broken, incorrect, misleading, or unofficial links through our Report an Issue page.

5. Music Release Listings

TunePage may create or publish pages for:

  • Singles
  • Albums
  • EPs
  • Mixtapes
  • Soundtracks
  • Music videos
  • Instrumental releases
  • Cover versions
  • Other eligible music projects

A release page may contain information such as:

  • Release title
  • Artist and featured-artist names
  • Record label or imprint
  • Release date
  • Cover artwork
  • Credits
  • Genre and language
  • ISRC or UPC
  • Lyrics, where accepted
  • Official streaming links
  • Official video links
  • Social-music links
  • Related news or promotional material

Not every release page will contain every category of information.

Information may be obtained from:

  • Artists
  • Labels
  • Managers
  • Distributors
  • Publicists
  • Authorized representatives
  • Official websites
  • Official social profiles
  • Streaming platforms
  • Publicly available sources
  • TunePage research and editorial work

A TunePage listing does not automatically establish an official partnership, endorsement, representation, or commercial relationship with the listed artist, label, distributor, or platform.

6. Artist and Label Profiles

TunePage may create and maintain artist and record-label database profiles.

Profiles may be:

  • Unclaimed
  • Claimed
  • Verified
  • Sponsored
  • Promotional

A profile marked as sponsored or paid is not automatically verified.

A profile marked as verified indicates only that TunePage has completed the verification process it considered appropriate at that time. It does not guarantee every statement on the profile or create an agency, management, or legal relationship.

TunePage may create an informational profile using reliable public information without receiving a direct request from the artist or label.

An artist, label, manager, distributor, or authorized representative may request:

  • A new profile
  • Profile ownership or verification
  • Correction of inaccurate information
  • Addition or removal of official links
  • Merger of duplicate profiles
  • Removal of private or outdated contact details
  • Review of impersonation
  • Removal of a profile in appropriate circumstances

We may require evidence of identity or authority before approving sensitive changes.

Payment alone does not prove that a requester owns, manages, or represents a profile.

7. Free Submissions

TunePage may offer a free music-submission option through the Submit Music page.

A free submission is a request for review. It does not guarantee:

  • Approval
  • Publication
  • A specific publishing date
  • An artist or label profile
  • Editorial coverage
  • Social-media promotion
  • Search indexing
  • Views or clicks
  • Streams or sales
  • Continued availability of a listing

TunePage may accept, reject, delay, edit, request additional information for, or decline to publish a free submission.

Review times shown on TunePage are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

High submission volume, incomplete information, broken links, rights concerns, technical issues, or required verification may extend processing time.

8. Paid Services

TunePage may provide paid listing, promotional, profile, editorial, support, or related services.

The current features and estimated delivery periods are displayed on our Free and Paid Plans page or during checkout.

Depending on the selected plan, paid services may include:

  • Priority review
  • Faster processing
  • Expanded release-page information
  • Artist or label profile creation
  • Editorial or promotional articles
  • Social-media promotion
  • Promotional release cards
  • Additional internal placement
  • Priority corrections
  • Post-publication update assistance
  • Other clearly described features

Only the features displayed for the purchased plan at the time of payment are included.

A paid order does not require TunePage to publish unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, unsafe, or unverifiable content.

TunePage may request corrections or additional evidence before delivering a paid service.

9. No Promotional-Result Guarantee

TunePage does not guarantee any particular commercial, audience, search, or platform result.

Free or paid services do not guarantee:

  • Views
  • Streaming-link clicks
  • Streams
  • Downloads
  • Followers
  • Subscribers
  • Likes, comments, or shares
  • Sales or revenue
  • Chart performance
  • Search-engine rankings
  • Google News inclusion
  • Google Discover placement
  • Social-media reach
  • Media coverage
  • Viral performance
  • Playlist placement
  • Inclusion or citation in AI-generated results

Results may depend on audience interest, release quality, timing, competition, external algorithms, search indexing, platform availability, and factors outside TunePage’s control.

References to search readiness, discovery readiness, promotional potential, or unlimited click potential do not represent a promise of traffic or results.

“Unlimited” or “no fixed click limit” means TunePage does not intentionally impose a numerical limit on users clicking an available official link. It does not mean that any clicks are guaranteed.

10. Publishing and Delivery Timelines

A displayed publishing or delivery timeline begins only after all applicable conditions have been satisfied, including:

  • Successful submission
  • Successful payment, where required
  • Complete and accurate information
  • Receipt of required artwork and links
  • Working official platform links
  • Appropriate authorization declarations
  • Completion of TunePage’s review
  • Resolution of requested corrections
  • Receipt of any additional evidence requested by TunePage

Processing may be delayed by:

  • Incomplete or inconsistent information
  • Broken or unavailable links
  • Copyright or ownership concerns
  • Identity-verification issues
  • Technical outages
  • Third-party platform failures
  • Force-majeure events
  • High submission volume
  • Delayed responses from the customer
  • Required legal or policy review

Unless expressly stated during checkout, timelines are reasonable estimates and not absolute guarantees.

11. Payments

Paid services may be processed through TunePage, WooCommerce, or an external payment provider.

You agree to provide accurate:

  • Billing information
  • Contact information
  • Payment details
  • Tax information, where applicable
  • Order information

TunePage may not receive or store your complete payment-card information when payment is processed directly by a third-party payment gateway.

Prices, currencies, taxes, discounts, and included deliverables will be shown during purchase or on the relevant service page.

You are responsible for reviewing the service description before making payment.

An order is not confirmed until payment is successfully completed and accepted.

We may cancel or place an order on hold if:

  • Payment fails
  • Payment appears fraudulent
  • A charge is disputed
  • Required information is missing
  • The submitted material violates these Terms
  • The customer lacks authority to use the submitted material
  • The service cannot lawfully be provided

12. Cancellations and Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, the reason for cancellation, and whether work has started or been completed.

Unless a different rule is displayed during checkout:

A refund may be considered when:

  • TunePage receives a duplicate payment
  • TunePage cancels the order without delivering the purchased service
  • A technical error makes delivery impossible
  • TunePage is unable to provide a material paid deliverable and does not offer an acceptable replacement
  • Applicable consumer law requires a refund

A refund may be refused when:

  • The customer changes their mind after work has started
  • The release page, article, profile, or promotion has already been created or published
  • The customer submitted incomplete or inaccurate information
  • The customer failed to respond to a reasonable information request
  • The submission infringes or may infringe third-party rights
  • The submitter lacks authority to act for the artist or label
  • The content violates TunePage policies
  • The customer expected views, streams, rankings, reach, or results that were never guaranteed
  • A third-party platform removes or restricts the linked release
  • The customer requests removal after the purchased service has been delivered

When TunePage rejects a paid submission before substantive work begins, we may offer:

  • A correction opportunity
  • An alternative eligible service
  • Account or service credit
  • A full or partial refund

The available remedy will depend on the circumstances and any terms shown at purchase.

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may also depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you should contact TunePage at support@tunepage.net and allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of pending services
  • Removal of promotional benefits
  • Restriction of future purchases
  • Recovery of reasonably incurred costs where legally permitted
  • Submission of relevant records to the payment provider

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Submission Rights and Authorization

By submitting music, artwork, lyrics, photographs, videos, names, biographies, logos, trademarks, links, metadata, or other material, you confirm that:

  • The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • You own the material or have authorization to submit it
  • You have permission to use all submitted artwork and images
  • You have authority to provide lyrics, where submitted
  • You have authority to act for the named artist, label, or organization
  • The submission does not unlawfully infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights
  • The submission does not misrepresent an affiliation
  • The submission does not contain malware or unsafe links
  • The submission is not fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawfully obtained

Submitting a release does not transfer ownership of the underlying music or intellectual property to TunePage.

15. Licence Granted to TunePage

You retain ownership of material that you own.

By submitting material, you grant TunePage a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to the extent reasonably necessary to:

  • Review the submission
  • Store submitted information
  • Format and edit presentation
  • Create and maintain release pages
  • Create artist or label profiles
  • Display submitted artwork and information
  • Publish accepted lyrics where applicable
  • Produce agreed promotional content
  • Promote the listing through TunePage channels
  • Create thumbnails and resized versions
  • Link related releases, profiles, and articles
  • Preserve reasonable records of the service
  • Address reports, disputes, and legal obligations

This licence does not authorize TunePage to distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the underlying sound recording as a music distributor unless a separate written agreement expressly permits it.

You may request removal of submitted material. Removal may affect only future public display and may not require deletion of:

  • Financial records
  • Fraud-prevention records
  • Legal records
  • Backup copies
  • Records required to resolve disputes
  • Material independently obtained from lawful public sources
  • Archived editorial content that TunePage has a lawful reason to retain

16. Lyrics

Lyrics may be protected by copyright.

You must not submit lyrics unless you own them, control the applicable rights, or have authorization to provide them for publication.

TunePage may:

  • Reject lyrics
  • Publish only an authorized excerpt
  • Request ownership or licence evidence
  • Remove lyrics after receiving a valid complaint
  • Disable lyrics functionality
  • Correct formatting without changing meaning

Acceptance of a release listing does not guarantee acceptance or publication of lyrics.

17. Cover Versions, Remixes, and Third-Party Works

Submitting a cover version, remix, sample-based work, adaptation, translation, or other derivative material does not prove that the required rights have been obtained.

You remain responsible for obtaining any licences, permissions, or approvals required for:

  • Recording
  • Distribution
  • Sampling
  • Adaptation
  • Lyrics
  • Artwork
  • Video
  • Commercial release
  • Public promotion

TunePage may request evidence of lawful release or distribution.

We may reject or remove content when rights cannot be reasonably verified.

TunePage’s publication of information about a release does not certify that the release is legally licensed.

18. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content

When requested, submitters must accurately disclose whether music, vocals, artwork, images, text, or other material is AI-generated or AI-assisted.

You must not submit AI-generated or altered content that:

  • Impersonates an artist without authorization
  • Falsely presents a voice or likeness as genuine
  • Infringes copyright or other rights
  • Misleads users about authorship
  • Contains deceptive synthetic media
  • Violates platform or distribution rules

TunePage may label, restrict, reject, correct, or remove AI-related content when appropriate.

19. Editorial Content

TunePage may publish independent news, reporting, commentary, reviews, interviews, profiles, and analysis.

The subject of an article does not have a right to control independent editorial conclusions.

TunePage may edit material for:

  • Accuracy
  • Clarity
  • Grammar
  • Formatting
  • Length
  • Consistency
  • Search readability
  • Legal compliance
  • Editorial standards

TunePage may refuse unsupported claims, misleading comparisons, defamatory accusations, false statistics, or promotional statements presented as facts.

Routine factual or formatting corrections may be made without advance notice.

Material corrections may be noted where appropriate.

20. Sponsored and Promotional Content

TunePage may receive payment or other consideration for:

  • Promotional articles
  • Sponsored features
  • Featured profiles
  • Release promotion
  • Advertising
  • Affiliate links
  • Product placement
  • Social-media promotion
  • Other commercial services

Where appropriate, commercial content may be identified using labels such as:

  • Sponsored
  • Promotional Feature
  • Paid Promotion
  • Advertisement
  • Affiliate Link
  • Paid Partnership

Payment does not guarantee positive editorial opinion or permission to publish false or misleading information.

TunePage may remove or refuse paid content that violates these Terms.

21. Trending and Ranking Features

TunePage may display trending, popular, recommended, featured, or related content.

These features may be based on:

  • Recent page activity
  • Genuine user interest
  • Publishing time
  • Available engagement data
  • Editorial relevance
  • Content relationships
  • Other internal signals

Trending placement does not necessarily represent:

  • Official chart position
  • External streaming numbers
  • Commercial success
  • Independent endorsement
  • Popularity on every platform

You must not manipulate TunePage rankings through:

  • Bots
  • Automated requests
  • Repeated artificial page visits
  • Proxy networks
  • Click farms
  • Coordinated fake engagement
  • Reaction manipulation
  • Technical exploitation

TunePage may remove manipulated activity and restrict responsible users.

22. Comments and User Contributions

TunePage may allow comments, replies, reactions, reports, reviews, profile requests, or other user contributions.

You are responsible for anything you submit.

You must not post content that is:

  • Unlawful
  • Threatening
  • Harassing
  • Hateful
  • Defamatory
  • Obscene
  • Sexually exploitative
  • Fraudulent
  • Misleading
  • Invasive of privacy
  • Infringing
  • Spam
  • Malware
  • An unauthorized advertisement
  • An illegal download or piracy link
  • An impersonation
  • A disclosure of another person’s private information

TunePage may moderate, hide, edit, restrict, close, or remove user contributions.

We are not required to publish every comment or explain every moderation decision.

You may report problematic material through Report an Issue.

23. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

  • Use TunePage for illegal purposes
  • Submit stolen or unauthorized content

  • Remove copyright, trademark, sponsorship, or attribution notices
  • Resell TunePage services without authorization
  • Claim TunePage endorsement without written approval
  • Use artist names, images, logos, or profiles to sell unauthorized products
  • Submit content that violates applicable law or another party’s rights

24. Intellectual Property

Except for third-party material, TunePage owns or controls the rights in its:

  • Website design
  • Branding
  • Logo
  • Original written content
  • Graphics
  • Databases and database organization
  • Page layouts
  • Software
  • Promotional materials
  • Compilation and presentation of content

Artist names, stage names, label names, trademarks, release artwork, photographs, music, videos, lyrics, and platform logos may belong to their respective owners.

Their appearance on TunePage does not transfer ownership to TunePage.

You may access TunePage for personal, informational, and legitimate business purposes.

You must not reproduce, republish, commercially exploit, systematically extract, or create a competing database from TunePage content without permission, except where applicable law permits such use.

25. Copyright Complaints

TunePage respects intellectual-property rights.

A rights holder or authorized representative may report allegedly infringing material through our copyright complaint process or by contacting:

Copyright email: support@tunepage.net

A complaint should include:

  • Identification of the protected work
  • The exact TunePage URL
  • An explanation of the claimed infringement
  • The complainant’s contact details
  • Evidence of ownership or authority
  • A good-faith declaration
  • An electronic or physical signature

TunePage may remove, restrict, investigate, or request further information regarding disputed material.

Submitting a knowingly false complaint may have legal consequences.

26. Corrections, Reports, and Removal Requests

Users may report:

  • Incorrect release data
  • Wrong credits
  • Broken links
  • Duplicate profiles
  • Incorrect artist associations
  • Impersonation
  • Outdated contact information
  • Privacy concerns
  • Copyright concerns

  • Other material errors

Submitting a report does not guarantee removal.

TunePage may:

  • Correct information
  • Update a link
  • Add context
  • Merge duplicate pages
  • Restrict access
  • Request evidence
  • Remove specific information
  • Remove a page
  • Decline the request where retention is lawful and appropriate

27. Accuracy and Availability

TunePage aims to provide useful and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that every page will always be:

  • Complete
  • Current
  • Accurate
  • Error-free
  • Continuously available
  • Available in every country
  • Indexed by search engines
  • Compatible with every device

Release dates, credits, labels, links, artist information, product information, and external availability may change without notice.

TunePage may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature.

28. Privacy and Cookies

Our collection and use of personal information are explained in the TunePage Privacy Policy.

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in the Cookie Policy.

By using TunePage, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in those policies.

29. Future Shopping Services

TunePage may introduce shopping services for music-related physical and digital products.

Future products may include:

  • Artist merchandise
  • Fan products
  • Apparel
  • Posters
  • Collectibles
  • Music accessories
  • Licensed artwork
  • General music-related products
  • Eligible digital products

Additional store terms may apply to:

  • Pricing
  • Payments
  • Shipping
  • Delivery
  • Returns
  • Refunds
  • Cancellations
  • Digital downloads
  • Product authenticity
  • Artist authorization
  • Taxes and customs charges

TunePage will not describe a product as official, licensed, or artist-approved unless there is an appropriate basis for that description.

These Terms do not authorize TunePage or any user to use an artist’s name, image, logo, artwork, or trademark commercially without required permission.

30. Future Partnerships

TunePage may enter into partnerships with distributors, labels, agencies, platforms, or other music-industry businesses.

A partnership exists only where formally agreed and expressly identified.

The appearance of a company’s name, link, releases, artists, or logo on TunePage does not by itself indicate a partnership.

Separate agreements may govern:

  • Distributor-panel integrations
  • Bulk submissions
  • Partner dashboards
  • APIs
  • Promotional packages
  • Data transfers
  • Revenue sharing
  • Business services

31. Suspension and Termination

TunePage may suspend or terminate access, submissions, profile claims, services, or accounts when:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Fraud is suspected
  • A user impersonates another party
  • Payment is disputed or reversed
  • Content infringes rights
  • A user repeatedly submits inaccurate information
  • Website security is threatened
  • Abuse, harassment, or spam occurs
  • Suspension is required by law or legal process

Where appropriate, we may allow the user to correct the issue before permanent action.

Termination does not automatically create a right to a refund for services already delivered or work already performed.

32. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TunePage and its services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not promise that:

  • TunePage will always be available
  • Every error will be corrected
  • Every submission will be approved
  • Every link will remain active
  • Every profile will be complete
  • External platforms will remain available
  • Promotional services will produce specific results
  • User-submitted information will always be accurate

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

33. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TunePage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or purely economic losses arising from:

  • Use or inability to use TunePage
  • Reliance on database or editorial information
  • External links or platforms
  • Search or algorithm changes
  • Lost streams, views, traffic, sales, profits, or opportunities
  • Third-party conduct
  • Unauthorized submissions
  • Content removal
  • Service interruption
  • Account or profile disputes

Where TunePage is legally liable in connection with a paid service, our aggregate liability will ordinarily not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.

34. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses resulting from:

  • Material you submitted
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of another party’s rights
  • False claims of authority
  • Fraudulent or misleading information
  • Unauthorized commercial use of TunePage

This section does not apply where responsibility belongs to TunePage under applicable law.

35. Force Majeure

TunePage will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including:

  • Government action
  • Internet or hosting failures

  • Labour disruption
  • Widespread technical failure
  • Other force-majeure events

We will take reasonable steps to resume affected services.

36. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [country and state/territory], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before starting formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact TunePage at support@tunepage.net and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.

Subject to rights that cannot legally be restricted, courts located in [city, state and country] will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer right or jurisdiction available under applicable law.

37. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

The affected provision will be interpreted or modified only to the extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.

38. No Waiver

If TunePage does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive the right to enforce it later.

39. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with applicable service descriptions, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Copyright Policy, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, form the agreement between you and TunePage regarding use of the website.

Separate written contracts may apply to partnerships, campaigns, distributors, advertisers, vendors, or other business arrangements.
