A profile appearing on TunePage does not automatically mean that TunePage officially represents, manages, endorses, or partners with that artist or label.
Artists, labels, managers, and authorized representatives may request a profile, claim an existing profile, report incorrect information, or ask for an update.
TunePage may request reasonable evidence before granting control over a profile or changing sensitive information.
Free Music Submission
Eligible artists, labels, managers, distributors, and authorized representatives may submit music through the Submit Music page.
A free submission may be considered for a basic TunePage release listing.
Depending on eligibility and available information, a free listing may include:

Free submission does not guarantee acceptance or publication.
TunePage may reject, delay, request changes to, or remove a submission when:
- Required information is missing
- The submitter’s authority cannot be reasonably confirmed
- Links are broken, unofficial, misleading, or unsafe
- Artwork or lyrics may infringe another party’s rights
- The release appears fraudulent, duplicated, leaked, or unauthorized
- Submitted information is materially inaccurate
- The content violates TunePage policies
- Additional verification is required
Free submissions may take longer to review during periods of high submission volume.
Paid Music Promotion Services
TunePage may offer paid services for artists, labels, managers, distributors, and other authorized music professionals.
Paid services may include:

- Social-media promotion

- Priority correction and support requests

Review and Verification Process
After a submission is received, TunePage may review:
- Submitter information
- Artist and label details
- Release metadata
- Artwork
- Lyrics
- Streaming links
- Music-video links
- Social profiles
- Rights and authorization declarations
- Payment status, where applicable
- Possible duplicates
- Policy compliance
TunePage may contact the submitter for clarification, replacement files, corrected links, authorization evidence, or additional information.
A submission is not considered ready for publication until the required information has been received and the necessary review has been completed.
Any estimated publishing period generally begins after:
- Successful submission
- Payment confirmation, for paid services
- Receipt of complete and accurate information
- Working official links
- Required rights confirmation
- Completion of TunePage’s review
Technical problems, incomplete information, rights concerns, third-party outages, high submission volumes, or required user responses may extend the processing period.
Publication and Profile Creation
Once an approved release is published, TunePage may:
- Create a new release page
- Connect the release to an existing artist profile
- Connect the release to an existing label profile
- Create a new artist or label profile when included in the selected service
- Add official links
- Publish related promotional content
- Include the release in relevant discovery sections
- Link related news or editorial content
TunePage decides the page format, categorization, layout, internal linking, and presentation used across the website.
Publication does not transfer ownership of submitted music, artwork, trademarks, or other protected materials to TunePage.
The submitter grants TunePage only the permissions reasonably required to review, publish, display, promote, format, and maintain the submitted listing or purchased service, subject to the applicable terms.
Promotional and Editorial Content
TunePage may publish different types of content, including:

Trending placement does not necessarily represent:

Artificial traffic, automated reactions, click manipulation, spam, or other attempts to influence rankings are prohibited.
Sponsored or paid promotion should not be presented as organic popularity without appropriate disclosure.
Corrections and Updates
Music information may change after publication.
Artists, labels, managers, distributors, rights holders, and users may report:
- Incorrect credits
- Wrong artist associations
- Incorrect label information
- Broken links
- Missing platforms
- Duplicate releases

- Impersonation

- Privacy concerns

Not every request will result in immediate removal. Depending on the issue, TunePage may:

TunePage may ask for proof such as:

- Confirmation from an official social account

Paying for a service does not automatically prove identity or authorization.
A paid profile and a verified profile are not the same.
TunePage may reject or revoke a claim if:

Comments, Reactions, and Community Features
